This packing machine adopt gear pump filling system which is suitable packing of viscous products with free-flowing such as shanpoo, lotion, edible oil and broth, etc.

1. Compare with other factories' machine (201 stain steel and iron screw), which always facing with rusting problems, our machine's exterior and exposed screw all made of high quality 304 stainless steel, which meet with GMP requirement.
2. Our complete machine is fully controlled by imported computer system. Further more, all of our circuit and electrical equipment meet up with 3C standard(China Compulsory Certificate). Support with these structures, the whole operation can be more secure and reliable.
3. The internal gear with chain system makes the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise lowly and extend the service life more than ten years.
4. Advanced sealing system makes the bag sealing process much more solid and pretty.
5. Our thermometric system designed with special slip ring technique, which measure the surface temperature of the packaging material, in order to make sure the artistic of the bag.
(Other company's machine designs with clipping bars, which only measure the temperature of the slide block. This inaccurate temperature measurement always cost the bag in-aesthetic problem. )
6. With no need for the lubricating oil, our high-temperature bearing design(which imported from Japan) helps our customer save huge amount of maintenance expense. Compare with other factories' bearing bush structure, our bearing design can extend the service life from regular 1-2 months into 2-3 years.
7. Humanized hidden Free-Swinging knife design extend the knife's service life longer and makes the knife usage more secure to our customer.
8. This machine already receive European CE certification, Chinese MC certification and Swiss SGS certification.
