Machine Instruction
The machine automatically complete the entire process of bag forming, bag filling, bag sealing, bag separation and multi bag string formation.
1, Machine cover and parts exposed to materials are made of stainless steel against rust,meet to sanitary and health standard.
2, The machine uses PLC controlled touch screen, which makes the operation of the machine much more easier for the user.

3,This machine uses unique leakage-proof technology and straight screw auger unique to our filling system. This filling system fills powder into the bottom of the bag directly, this ensures that we never have any dust of powder in the sealing area, keeps the bag sealing margin is very clean and airtight.

4, In the head of the powder filling system, there are two motors, one is the servo motor to drive the filling of powder, the other one is the stepping motor to stir the powder material to make the powder is easy to fill into the hopper. The two motors makes the powder filling much more easier and accurate. From the visual hopper, you can know the powder filling situation.

5, The machine uses pneumatic hot press vertical sealing technology which makes the bag in straight line neat sealing margin and the bag looks very beautiful.

6, The bag separation uses unique hot pressing cutting technology to complete it and makes the bag has beautiful saw tooth easy tear notch.

7, The machine uses motor to drive the packing film feeding, this design makes the film been push forward easier and keeps the film feeding is very stable, and reduce your labor cost.
