DXDJ-800 Automatic Sauce Packaging Machine
This packing machine adopt pump filling system which is suitable packing sauce product such as tomato suace, ketchup etc.
Features:
1. This machine's exterior and exposed screw all made of high quality 304 stainless steel, which meet with GMP requirement.
2. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by touch screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.
3. Photocell controller of cursor positioning system test film operation to make film moving not out of track.
4. Buffer design not bursting package bag, this design is for big volume filler and makes buffer efficiency to the force of big volume and heavy sauce dropping.
5. Variable frequency motor is the main transmission and doesn't need any lubrication oil and gear box support. Old design is gear box we used to control motor speed. It has a big problem in longer usage that lubrication can be leak from gear box inside and contaminates machine bottom. Gear box working life is short, about 18 months. In this case, since 2013 we stop using this gear box design. The frequency motor can keep the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. It no need lubrication oil, save the power and maintenance cost.
