Automatic Nylon Pyramid Bag packing machine

This machine is suitable for packing medicine, health-care products, tea, etc.  
 
Features:
1. All 304 stainless steel cover.Even the exposed screw also adopts the stainless steel material which will be more healthy and meet the GMP standard

2.Packaging material adopt the food grade of non-woven fabrics,nylon filters.The bag with high  water permeability and visual perspective give the person decorous enjoy.

3. The machine adopt the advanced ultrosonic sealing technology make the products more beautiful.

4.  Heat press sealing is for outer bag.

5. Import the touch screen can realize man-machine dialogue.Just need one button will realize the triangle stereo tea bag and flat tea bag interconversion,make the operate more convenient.

6. One 140mm width roller of pyramid cost is $150 which can make 7000 bag.  This machine can use nylon film is 3 width, 120mm 140mm and 160mm. usually we select 140mm is OK. The each side length of pyramid bag by 140mm roller is 65mm, please see the picture.
