Multi function Tablet/Pill/Capsule Packing Machine (DXDP-300)
I. Application
The machine is suitable for automatically packaging of medicines, food stuffs, such as round sugar balls, medicine pills, tablet, capsule, etc. The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. Packing material include various kinds of heat-seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE. PET/PE, NYLON, etc.
II. Features:
1. We have two kinds of feeding system, one is mesh plate, the other one is vibration system. Mesh plate is high speed, while vibration type is more accurate.
2. We use touch screen and PLC control system, the operation is much easier.
3. We use frequency motor to instead of main motor and gear box system, which make the machine working more steady, low noise and prolong the usage life. And this frequency motor no need to oi, reduce your maintenance cost.
4. Photocell fixes bag length by film mark.
