Applications:
This packing machine is a multi function packing machine which is suitable for packaging raisin, peanut, salt, sugar, rice, coffed, tea, nut, etc.
Features:
1. For the sealing margin, the tradition sealing margin is interlaced line looks not beautiful, but our sealing margin is only with straight line result from perfectly integrated unique design of material film roller and sealing heater (jaws). 5 years without air leak. On the market there is no factory can make straight line sealing margin. 3 years ago we innovated this technology.
1. The machine operation is controlled by touch screen in different languages. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate. Touch screen can store a large amount of data processing to enhance machine performance.
2. Variable frequency motor is the main transmission and doesn't need any lubrication oil and gear box support. Old design is gear box we used to control motor speed. It has a big problem is longer usage that lubrication can be leak from gear box inside and contaminates machine bottom. Gear box working life is short, about 18 months. In this case, since 2013 we stop using this gear box design. The frequency motor can keep thte whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. It no need lubrication oil, save the power and maintenance cost.
3. Photocell fixes bag length by film label.
4. Vertical sealing adopt the slint sealing type, each time sealing will stay for a while, prolong the sealing time. This machine can use many different kinds film, such as the Low Temperature OPP film.
6. Zigzag cutter is used on this machine, the bag is easily to open.
