Honey Packing Machine
I. Application
The machine is designed and manufactured specially for sauce products. The filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer. The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically.
II. Packing material
Packing material include various kinds of heat-seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE. PET/PE, NYLON, etc.
III. Features:
1. This our machine is very important specialty. The filling system is gear pump with the specialty is powerful suction so keep the sealing margin is very clear without any material drip on seal to make bag airtight.
2. Machine operation is controlled via a computerized operator interface of touch screen. Parameters are set through this interface. Touch screen is connected with PLC. PLC is programmer for storing many system data. It can offer many languages, English, Russia, Spanish and Portuguese etc. You can also create the passwords on the touch screen to avoid the non operating personnel change the datas.
3. Variable frequency motor is the main transmission and doesn't need any lubrication oil and gear box support. Old design is gear box we used to control motor speed. It has a big problem is longer usage that lubrication can be leak from gear box inside and contaminates machine bottom. Gear box working life is short, about 18 months. In this case, since 2013 we stop using this gear box design. The frequency motor can keep the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. It no need lubrication oil, save the power and maintenance cost.
