Automatic Back Sealing Powder Packing Machine (DXDF-300)
Product Description
1. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by touch screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.
2. The length of straight auger inside pipe extends into the bag bottom to avoid raising dust of filler falling. The purpose is to keep sealing margin clear not stained by dropping filler material when sealing process, which can make package air proof. The powders of pepper, chili, tea and that are very light fillers easily cause dust.
3. Photocell fixes bag length by film label.
4. Film feeding, powder feeding, mixer all controlled by motor, the filling weight is more accurate.
5. Vertical sealing adopt the slint sealing type, each time sealing will stay for a while, prolong the sealing time. This machine can use many different kinds film, such as the Low Temperature OPP film.
6. Zigzag cutter is used on this machine, the bag is easily to open.
Optional part:
Ribbon-tape printer, used to print manufacture date, expiry date and lot number on the bag.
