3. Unique bag moulding device to produce round corner end/special shaped bags.
- The bags are with humanized corner design, more safety than ordinary straight corner bags.
- There are double easy tears in side direction, bags are very easy to tear and open, it's very convenient.

The machine main motor is Panasonic servo motor with good features, such as high efficiency, energy-saving, high starting torque and easy maintenance and easy to operate.

The horizontal sealing adopt the Rigid balancing technique, the gear and rack work together with horizontal sealing bar, make sure the pressure for each lane is the same so the pattern for each bag is uniform and beautiful.
6. Easy manipulation.
Machine operation is controlled by Touch screen with PLC system, touch screen can be set up in many languages, and PLC system can store a large number of data for machine performance

Servo motor control vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, cutter etc, the whole machine have no mechanical part.

When loading the film, the film bracket can automatically move left or right to make film in suitable position and make film running in right position. This function can avoid the film waste, save film cost and labor cost.

We have use the temperature mould to instead of the temperature meter. You can adjust the temperature on the touch screen. When the temperature is too low or too high, the machine will alarm.
10. The machine have wifi function, that means you can monitor the machine working status on your phone at anywhere and anytime.
11. Each part of our machine have the series number, so in the future, if you want to change any part, you just let us know the series number will be ok.
12. New type changing film device. Controlled by air, it can make sure the film flat, even the joint part. Sometimes maybe you forget to lift the shaft, when the machine running, it will lift automatically.
13. We adopt the National Standard Electrical cabinet, the layout is strictly in accordance with the national standard. The strong and weak electricity are separated. Moreover, the electrical cabinet is enclosed to prevent dust from entering.

15. Joint-film detection device. When the system detects the joint-film part, the machine will not feeding and the empty bag will be rejected directly. This can avoid the product waste.

17. The whole film bracket is Teflon painted, so it will not get rust.
18. On the top of the hopper, there will be a simple CIP clean device. The cleaning of the machine hopper will be easier than before.

The film electrostatic eliminating device can be installed on the machine, it can eliminate the electrostatic on the film.
20. Optional part:
Laser printer, it's used to print the manufacture date, expiry date, lot number etc. It no needs to maintenance for about 5 years.
