DXDJ-300 sauce packing machine




Applications:
It is suitable for automatically packaging of viscous products with free-flowing such as tomato sauce lotion noodle jam, soy sauce, ketchup, edible oil, meat jam and broth.

1. This our machine is very important specialty. The filling system is plunger pump with the specialty is powerful suction so keep the sealing margin is very clear without any paste drip on seal to make bag airtight.


2. Hopper is with mix function to make the sauce with good flowability to shrink measurement tolerance.


3. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by touch screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.

4.  Variable frequency motor is the main transmission and doesn't need any lubrication oil and gear box support. Old design is gear box we used to control motor speed. It has a big problem is longer usage that lubrication can be leak from gear box inside and contaminates machine bottom. Gear box working life is short, about 18 months. In this case, since 2013 we stop using this gear box design. The frequency motor can keep the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. It no need lubrication oil, save the power and maintenance cost.
