Model DXDCH-10E Nylon Tea Bag Packing Machine


This packing machine is specially designed for the double tea bag, inner bag is flat nylon with thread and tag, outer envelope is some heat seal lamination!

It is suitabable for packing all kinds of products, like Oolong tea, herb tea, fresh fruit tea, earl grey tea etc...

The feeding way for this packing machine is volume cups or weigher, you can choose according to the products you want to pack.

The sealing way for the inner nylon tea bag machine is Ultrasonic.

The sealing part of our packing machine is different from others made by other manufatures!

The sealing system of this packing machine is specially designed, it can run for 8 hours without any stopping when others packing machine will have to stop for every 3 hours.

The running way for this packing machine is advanced gear-chain which makes the running way of the machine stable and less noise.

Following are the main fatures of this packing machine:
1. The machine house and filler distributor is measuring cup of 304(18/10) stainless steel against rust. Filling methods is the filler slips from measuring cup.

2. Inner bag is by ultrasonic sealing system. Ultrasonic sealing is with cooling functions to prolong the usage life and its operation without noise.

3. Heat press sealing is for outer bag.

4. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen microcomputer. All machine function is displayed on monitor to be easy operation.

5. One 140mm width roller of pyramid cost is $150 which can make 7000 bag.  This machine can use nylon film is 3 width, 120mm 140mm and 160mm. usually we select 140mm is OK. The each side length of pyramid bag by 140mm roller is 65mm, please see the picture.

6. This machine is configured with servo motor. Keep machine stable running.
