Pyramid/Triangle Tea Bag Packing Machine (DXDCH-10D)
This model is a newly promotion tea bag packaging machine by our company.
It uses the food-degree non-woven fabrics and nylon filters to make triangular bags and rectangular bags which is good water permeability and perceptivity.
It is suitable for packing all kinds of teas, like green tea, black tea, oolong tea and other teas etc.
The bag packed by this packing machine would not be hurt and dipped longer and any times. The features of packing material tough and non-tear are stood out.
The sealing way for this packing machine is Ultrasonic.
Performance characteristics:
1. The machine house and filler distributor is measuring cup of 304(18/10) stainless steel against rust.
2. Filling methods is the filler slips from measuring cup.
3. Ultrasonic sealing systems can make pyramid or flat nylon inner bag by pneumatic rotary sealing platform. The platform rotating, the bag is pyramid, not rotating the bag is flat.
4. New updated servo motor control system. We use two servo motors to driving machine, one is for controlling the ultrasonic sealing sstem and the other one is for controlling the tea feeding. We all know that the servo motor is more easy to control speed and precise in angular measure for example, you can adjust the angular slightly for changing the speed. Now in the world, the servo motor control system is very popular. It's smart, editable and stable when running.
5. The sealing margin is very fine. The space is for filler in fully expansion.
6. Ultrasonic sealing system is with cooling functions to prolong the usage life and its operation without noise.
7. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. All machine function is displayed on monitor to be easy operation.

9. The packing material, nylon mesh, is extracted from castor oil, so it is edible. And also this packing film has good perspectives and water permeability, so that it can keep the original taste of the tea.
