Product Description

Automatic back sealing Powder Packing Machine

The machine is designed and manufactured specially for powdery and super fine powdery products Driven by servomotor, the auger is rotating to fill products; Furthermore, the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer.




1. The length of straight auger inside pipe extends into the bag bottom to avoid raising dust of filler falling. The purpose is to keep sealing margin clear not stained by dropping filler material when sealing process, which can make package airproof. The powders of pepper, chilli, tea and that are very light fillers easily cause dust.


2. Film feeding, powder feeding, mixer all controlled by mnotor, the filling weight is more accurate.


3. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.


4. Photocell fixes bag length by film label block.

5. Vertical sealing adopt the splint sealing type, each time sealing will stay for a while, prolong the sealing time. This machine can use many different kinds film, such as the Low Temperature OPP film
