Characteristics:
1. Feeding part, using new design cup for feeding, with Teflon coating insides. This will ensure that the granule will drop properly. Besides, with the dust collection system, this will ensure the sealing margin more clearly without any dust.
2. Full servo motor driving without any mechanical transmission to make the machine easy to adjust the bag legnth, sealing, filling, printing, all functions can be adjusted through the touch screen. The machine is more easier to operate.
3. For the vertical sealing, we abandoned traditional sealing system, now we use side sealing system and unique abg mould technology. By using this new sealing and heating structure, it can avoid the produt heated when feeding, keep the product fresh. We already get the patent for this technology. 4. The full servo motor system control the vertical sealing, horizontal sealng, and fracture line making, transitive cutting and vertical cutting.
5. The horizontal sealing adopt the Rigid balancing technique, the gear and rack work together with horizontals sealing bar, make sure the pressure ffor each lane is the same so the pattern for each bag is uniform and beautiful.
6. Unique bag moulding device to produce round corner end/special shaped bags.
1) The bags are with humanized corner design, more safety than ordinary straight corner bags.
2) The machine use unique sealing and cutting design, tiny the easy tear part to avoid the product sprinkling.
7. With stepping motor for the packing film moving to make sure the smooth of the film feeding.
8. Easy manipulation.
Machine operation is controlled by Touch screen with PLC system, touch screen can be set up in many languages, and PLC system can store a large number of data for machine performance.
9. When loading the film, the film bracket can move left or right automatically to make sure the film in suitable position to make film rolling well.
10. We have use the temperature mould to instead of the temperature meter. You can adjust the temperature on the touch screen. When the temperature is too low or too high, the machine will alarm.
11. The machine have wifi function, that means you can monitor the machine working status on your phone at anywhere and anytime.
12. Each part of our machine have the series number, so in the future, if you want to change any part, you just let us know the series number will be ok.
13. We adopt the National Standard Electrical cabinet, the layout is strictly in accordance with the national standard. The strong and weak electricity are separated. Moreover, the electrical cabinet is enclosed to prevent dust from entering.
14. Vacuum conveyor, used to convey the product into machine hopper automatically.
15. New type changing film device. Controlled by air, it cna make sure the film flat, even the joint part. Sometimes maybe you forget to lift the shaft, when the machine running, it will lift automatically.
16. Special device, which can make sure the film strength is same when they go through the vertical sealing part, so the finished bags will be flat and neat. (Patent number:ZL2016 2 0960275.4)
17. Joint-film detection device. When the system detect the joint-filn part, the machine will not feeding and the empty bag will be rejected directly. This can avoid the product waste.
18. Manual free oiling system, you can set the oil time, then the machine will oil automatically.

20. The whole film bracket is Teflon painted, so it will not get rust.
