Our sauce packing machine is rotary valve+plunger pump structure. It is suitable for automatically packaging of viscous products with free-flowing including oil and oil mixed fragment of rationed spice in snack foodstuffs.

Our machine uses a unique hibar pump which has a non drip and tail suck back function, this ensures that the sealing margin is very clear without any paste drip on seal to make bag airtight. This powerful suction back without drop function is developed by our factory.

Machine operation is controlled by touch screen in different languages. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate. Touch screen can store a large amount of data processing to enhance machine performance.

Variable frequency motor is the main transmission and doesn't need any lubrication oil and gear box support. Old design is gear box we used to control motor speed. It has a big problem is longer usage that lubrication can be leak from gear box inside and contaminates machine bottom. Gear box working life is short, about 18 months. In this case, since 2013 we stop using this gear box design. The frequency motor can keep the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. It no need lubrication oil, save the power and maintenance cost.
