1. Inner nylon bag, outer envelope
The inner packing bag is pyramid nylon tea bag with thread and tag, and outer envelope, transmission system is servo motor.
2. Application
This machine is suitable to pack tea, green tea, black tea and coffee.
3. #304 stainless steel
The machine house and filler distributor measuring cup is made of high quality 304 stainless steel. It's not easy to get rust. The filling method is the filler slips from measuring cups.
4. Ultrasonic sealing system
Ultrasonic sealing system can make pyramid or flat nylon inner bag by pneumatic rotary sealing platform. The space is for filler in fully expansion. This machine is specially designed for the packing material of nylon mesh, and this packing material is extracted fron castor oil, so it's edible. And also this packing film has good perspectives and water permeability, so that it can keep the original taste of the tea.
5. Cooling function
The ultrasonic sealing system is with cooling function to prolong the usage life and its operation without noise.
6 Touch screen control
The machine operation is controlled by touch screen. All machine function is displayed on monitor to be easy operation.
