Various kinds of tea
Features:
1. The packing bag is pyramid nylon tea bag with thread and tag. It can pack black tea, green tea, coffee and other various tea.
2. We have two type multi-heads weigher can be choose, one is 4 heads weigher and the other is 10 heads weigher. 10 heads weigher scale can pack nearly all kinds of tea material.
3. Ultrasonic sealing systems can make pyramid or flat nylon inner bag by pneumatic rotary sealing platform. The space is for filler in fully expansion. This machine is specially designed for the packing material of Nylon mesh, and this packing material is extracted from castor oil, so it is edible. And also this packing film has good perspectives and water permeability, so that it can keep the original taste of the tea.
4. The sealing margin is very fine.
5. Ultrasonic sealing system is with cooling functions to prolong the usage life and its operation without noise.
6. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. All machine function is displayed on monitor to be easy operation.
7. This machine can packing 2 kinds bag type of pyramid and flat. Please see the pictures, the platform rotating, the bag is pyramid, not rotating the bag is flat. Please see the video.
8. 140mm width roller of pyramid cost is $185 which can make 6000 bag. This machine can use nylon film is 3 width, 120mm 140mm and 160mm. usually we select 140mm is OK. The each side length of bag by 140mm roller is 65mm, please see the picture.
9. Filling range of 140mm width film is about 12ml inside bag.
10. For the cup feeding system machine, one machine have 2 Panasonic servo motor, one control the feeding and the other one control the sealing.

For the outer bag packing machine, the bag can be with sawtooth shape edge or straight edge, it depnds on you.
For the packing film, it should be heat-sealed laminated film, such as PET/PE; PET/Plated Alu/PE; PET/Alu/PE etc.
