With this in mind we have designed a vertical machine capable of forming and filling triangular pack, this amchine has the capability of filling various types of material, such as washing powder, sugar type applications, coffee, tea powdered drinks, peanut, oatmeal, and dehydrated foodstuffs, etc.
1. Packing Granular Coffee, Salt, Medicines, Spices, Sugars, Vegetable seeds, sweet and many other granular products.
2. The material of our mahcine body is 304SS, also the product contact part is also 304SSs material. Meets to GMP standard.
3. We adopt newly filling adjusting structure, you can change the filling range without stop the machine, it's more convenient.
4. Machine operation is controlled via a touch screen. Parameters are set through this interface. Bag length can be automatically changed via a film registration eye. Precise bag legnth and registered cutting is assured.
5. We adopt four pieces cylinder forming technology. Which make the bags more beautiful and high speed.
