Product Description
This machine is suitable for automatically packaging of steeping products such as fragmental tea, medical tea, coffee, etc. The packaging pouches with drawing line and tag. The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting can be done automatically.

Features:

Machine house, hopper, measuring parts and others are 304SS (18/10) stainless steel material against rust.
2. High temperature-resistant and pressure proof bearings against scattering tea powder are installed on terminal sealing rollers inside and consistently maintain machine integrated operation.
3. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate. The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting can be done automatically; it is high-performance and steady machine.
4. The main motor of this machine is Panasonic servo motor, instead of traditional frequency motor. By using this, the machine no need many maintenance, save labor cost and with low noise. The machine running is more steady.
5. Advanced the machine manipulator put filter bag into tube for termination of outer bag making which is intellectual property rights. This design greatly reduces percentage of damage to inner bag.
6. The spring squeeze the air and keep outer flat bag compacted.
