Envelope laminated film requirements
1. Food degree Polyurethane adhesive.
2. Film core: paper core, the end face needs to be treated, chip dropping is not allowed, and the inner diameter of the drum is 76-78mm.
3. Tightness: the winding tension is moderate and shall not be too tight, resulting in product stretching; it shall not be too loose, which will lead to inter membrane damage during use. When the hands at the cut surfaces at both ends of the roll film are pushed from the outside to the inside, there shall be no ripple.
4. Surface friction coefficient of composite film: external friction coefficient(COF)≥0.3, internal friction coefficient≤0.25.
5. Low temperature heat seal means that reliable heat seal strength can be obtained at a lower temperature.
6. Select heat sealing materials with good thermal viscosity, otherwise serious degumming will lead to loose sealing and air leakage.
7. Roll film, composite film, composite roll film and aluminum-plastic composite film are generally controlled at about 30cm in diameter.
