Multi lanes granule stick bag packing machine




Machine features:
1.  GMP standard. Stainless steel machine body and stainless steel parts which contacts with the products.

2, Feeding part, by using the new design cup for feeding, with Teflon coating insides. This will ensure that the granule will drop properly. Besides, with the dust collection system, this will ensure the sealing margin more clearly without any dust.

3. Full servo motor driving without any mechanical transmission to make the machine easy to adjust the bag length, sealing, filling, printing, all functions can be adjusted through the touch screen. The machine is more easier to operate.

4, For the vertical sealing, we abandoned traditional sealing system, now we use side sealing system and unique bag mould technology. By using this new sealing and heating structure, the auger is easily to remove and it also can avoid the product heated when feeding, keep the product fresh. We already get the Patent for this technology. (Patent number: ZL2016 2 0959150.X)

5. The horizontal sealing adopt the Rigid balancing technique, the gear and rack work together with horizontal sealing bar, make sure the pressure for each lane is the same so the pattern for each bag is uniform and beautiful.

6. Unique bag moulding device to produce round corner end/special shaped bags.

1. The bags are with humanized corner design, more safety than ordinary straight corner bags.

The machine use unique sealing and cutting design, tiny the easy tear part to avoid the product sprinkling

7, The full servo motor system control the vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, and fracture line making, transitive cutting and vertical cutting. 

8, With stepping motor for the packing film moving to make sure the smooth of the film feeding.

9, When loading the film, the film bracket can move left or right automatically to make sure the film in suitable position to make film rolling well.

10. We have use the temperature mould to instead of the temperature meter. You can adjust the temperature on the touch screen. When the temperature is too low or too high, the machine will alarm.

11. The machine have wifi function, that means you can monitor the machine working status on your phone at anywhere and anytime.

12. Each part of our machine have the series number, so in the future, if you want to change any part, you just let us know the series number will be ok.

13. Vacuum conveyor, used to convey the product into machine hopper automatically.

14. New type changing film device. Controlled by air, it can make sure the film flat, even the joint part. Sometimes maybe you forget to lift the shaft, when the machine running, it will lift automatically.

15. There is a cover above the top of the film bracket part. So if there is any dust spray out, it will not fall down the film and keep the film clean and neat.

16. We adopt the National Standard Electrical cabinet, the layout is strictly in accordance with the national standard. The strong and weak electricity are separated. Moreover, the electrical cabinet is enclosed to prevent dust from entering.

17. Special device, which can make sure the film strength is same when they go through the vertical sealing part, so the finished bags will be flat and neat. (Patent number: ZL2016 2 0960275.4)

18. Joint-film detection device. When teh system detect the joint-film part, the machine will not feeding and the empry bag will be rejected directly. This can avoid the product waste.

19. The vacuum conveyor can add the 12000 Tesla Iron-separator on it, then it can suck out the scrap iron in the material, ensure the food safety.

20. The cooling system can make sure the sealing part temperature no more than 15 degree.
