Automatic Shaped bag Sugar&Salt&Coffee Granule Packing Machinery
This machine can pack kinds of granule material, such as sugar, salt, coffee etc.
The process of granule filling, measuring, bag forming, sealing, cutting, counting all can be done automatically.
We use unique designed side sealing system and whole bag forming device, it assures the bag sealing is very smooth and flat.
All sealing parts are with Oxide Black, which can meet with Euro Standard.
Attractive and new design, the bag are with humanized corner design, more safety than ordinary straight corner bags; there are double easy tears in side direction, bags are very easily to tear and open, it's very convenient; the machine use unique sealing and cutting design, tiny the easy tear part to avoid the product sprinkling.
The machine main motor is Panasonic servo motor with good features, such as high efficiency, energy-saving, high starting torque and easy maintenance and easy to operate.
Easy manipulation. Machine operation is controlled by Touch screen with PLC system, touch screen can be set up in many languages, and PLC system can store a large number of data for machine performance.
The machine now using the temperature control module to instead of the temperature meter, it's not easily to broken and you can adjust the temperature on the touch screen.
When loading the film, the film braccket can automatically move left or right to make film in suitable position to make film running in right position.
