This machine is suitable for automatically poackaging of medicines, food-stuffs, such as round sugar balls, medicine pills etc.
The feeding way for this packing machine is special designed organic glass or the vibrating and counting device. You can choose the feeding way according to the tablets you want to pack. Generally, if the tablets you want to pack is one type, then the organic glass feeding way is ok for you, but if the tablets you want to pack is different types, then you can choose the vibrating and counting feeding way, here is the photo for the organic glass and the vibrating and counting device.
Features:
1. We have 2 methods running volume measuring tray. One is mesh plate and other one is vibrating count Mesh plate can have high speed. The vibrating count can get most accuracy measurement
- Machine operation is controlled by touch screen in different languages. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate. Touch screen can store a large amount of data processing to enhance machine performance.
- The motor is servo motor instead of frequency motor. The internal gear with steel chain system makes the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. This servo motor doesn't need any lubrication oil, run steady and other advantage of this motor is power save.
- The unique technology and craftwork is used on the horizontal and vertical sealing heating system, which makes the sealed bags are fantastically smooth, no any wrinkles and looks perfect.
- Fireresistant and pressure proof bearings are installed on terminal sealing rollers inside and consistently maintain machine integrated operation. On market there are some machines are with bearing bush only can be used 2-3 months.
- Traditional design of slitting knife is embedded sealing surface so make slitting knife not durable. Our design make individual slitting knife separated from sealing bar to prolong service life. Turn this device (red point) we can change the slitting knife slitting position.
- Photocell fixes bag length by film label.
