Ø The motor is variable frequency motor instead of reduction gear box, this variable frequency motor doesn't need any lubrication oil, and other advantage of this motor is power save
Ø The unique technology and craftwork is used on the horizontal and vertical sealing heating system, which makes the sealed bags are fantastically smooth, no any wrinkles and looks perfect.
Ø Fire-resistant and pressure proof bearings are installed on terminal sealing rollers inside and consistently maintain machine integrated operation. On market there are some machines are with bearing bush only can be used 2-3 months.
Ø Traditional design of slitting knife is embedded sealing surface so make slitting knife not durable. Our design make individual slitting knife separated from sealing bar to prolong service life. Turn this device (red point) we can change the slitting knife slitting position.
Ø Photocell fixes bag length by film label.
Ø Machine house, measuring parts and others are 304SS (18/10) stainless steel material against rust.
