Viscous Liquid-honey, shampoo, cooking oil, sauce and other viscous liquid. Installing import plastic bushes on where of shaft through hole. The plastic bush in hard wearing is resistant to high heat and dusting of packing material. On the market there are many machines not fixed on this plastic bushes, mostly they are brass bush or bearing shell. When operating if any bush defects cause machine stop, the user has to buy this from original machine supplier. This is bad encounter for your packing production. Our thought is to have this plastic bushes which are very popular in worldwide. In anywhere you can find them cheaply. You never need to wait long time to fix your machine.

The unique technology and craftwork is used on the horizontal and vertical sealing heating system, which makes the sealed bags are fantastically smooth, no any wrinkles and looks perfect.

Machine operation is controlled via a computerized operator interface of touch screen. Parameters are set through this interface. Touch screen is connected with PLC. PLC is programmer for storing many system data. It can offer many languages, English, Russia, Spanish and Portuguese etc. You can also create the password on the touch screen to avoid the non operating personnel change the datas.

We use the servo motor control system instead of frequency motor. Compared with frequency motor, the servo motor can keep the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. And by using this system, the machine operation becomes very easy. 

Traditional cutter is embedded on sealing rollers, the sealing and silting are at same time, blade will be blunt after 3 months. The cutter new design is individual from sealing roller. In our new design that cutter can be used at least to 3 years.
