This machine is suitable for automatically poackaging of medicines, food-stuffs, such as round sugar balls, medicine pills etc.
The feeding way for this packing machine is special designed organic glass or the vibrating and counting device. You can choose the feeding way according to the tablets you want to pack. Generally, if the tablets you want to pack is one type, then the organic glass feeding way is ok for you, but if the tablets you want to pack is different types, then you can choose the vibrating and counting feeding way, here is the photo for the organic glass and the vibrating and counting device.

Features:

1. We have 2 methods running volume measuring tray. One is mesh plate and other one is vibrating count Mesh plate can have high speed. The vibrating count can get most accuracy measurement

2. Abandoning old design of brass bush by using imported European design bush resisting high heat to consistently operate and prolong machine using time. Not need lubricating oil to maintain operation. Compare with other factories' bearing bush structure, European bush can extend the service life into 1 year but brass bush only works 2 month

3. The internal gear with chain system makes the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extends the service life more than 10 years. Other factories use the rubber belt to connect gears. The use life of rubber belt is only 2 months but our steel chain can be used 3 years.

4. Traditional cutter is embedded on sealing rollers, the sealing and silting are at same time, blade will be blunt after 3 months. The cutter new design is individual from sealing roller. In our new design that cutter can be used at least to 3 years.

5. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by touch screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.


6. Photocell fixes bag length by film label.
