Our sauce packing machine is rotary valve+plunger pump structure. It is suitable for automatically packaging of viscous products with free-flowing including oil and oil mixed fragment of rationed spice in snack foodstuffs.
1. Machine house, hopper and other parts are 304SS (18/10) stainless steel material, fully-closed hopper and feeder makes measuring accurate and to be high sanitary standard. 304 SS stainless steel is helpful against rust.
2. Hopper is with mix function. Reinforced absorption of displacement pump draws the sauce and push into package bag.
3. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by touch screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate
4. Photocell controller of cursor positioning system test film operation to make film moving not out of track.
5. Buffer design not bursting package bag, this design is for big volume filler and makes buffer efficiency to the force of big volume and heavy filler falling.
