Applications:
Modernization of typical flat sachet type packaging has LED the manufacturer into designing machines that are more suited to ease of handling packaging. With this in mind we have designed a vertical machine capable of forming and filling a triangular pack. This machine has the capability of filling various types of materials such as washing powders, sugar type applications, coffee, tea powdered drinks, peanuts, oatmeal and dehydrated foodstuffs etc.

The whole process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting can be done automatically.
1. The material of our machine body is 304SS, also the product contact part is also 304SS material. meat to GMP standard.
2. We adopt newly filling adjusting structure; you can change the filling range without stop the machine, more accuracy.
3. Machine operation is controlled via a touch screen. Parameters are set through this interface. Bag length and filling range can be automatically via a film registration eye. Precise bag length and registered cutting is assured.
4. We adopt four pieces cylinder forming technology. Which make the bags more beautiful, high speed.
