Features
Ø Machine house is 304 stainless steel which meets to GMP standard by pharmacy.
Ø 12 measuring cups can be unified adjustment by one general handle wheel or can be individual adjustment of increasing or decrease cup volume.
Ø The operation of the machine is controlled via a computerized operator interface of touch screen. Parameters are set through this interface. Bag length can be automatically controlled via a film registration eye. Precise bag length and registered cutting is assured. Touch screen is connected with PLC. PLC is programmer for storing many system data. Touch screen can offer many languages, English, Russia, Spanish and Portuguese...etc.
Ø The five servo motors can control vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, easy tear mouth, hot press coder, vertical cutting, horizontal tearing line and horizontal cutting. Full servo drive system can make machine operation stable.
Ø When loading the film, the film bracket can automatically move left or right to make film in suitable position to make film rolling well.
