Product Description

DXDF-40II/150II Automatic Powder Packaging Machine

The machine is designed and manufactured specially for powdery and super fine powdery products Driven by servo-motor, the auger is rotating to fill products; furthermore, the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer. The feeding way for this packing machine is special designed straight auger screw which is made of 304 SS, the straight auger screw will extend to the above the sealing roller to avoid the powder spreading phenomenon to make sure the seal side of the bag neat, gas-tight and beautiful. Also, the machine head for this packing machine is movable, it is easy for you to clean the machine after using it.

1. This machine's exterior and exposed screw all made of high quality 304 stainless steel,which meet with GMP requirement.

2. The adjustment for the grams of the powder is controlled by the computer controller, you can adjust the filling range of the bag via the computer controller imported from America. The measuring for the grams of the powder will be very accurate.
 
3. The internal gear with chain system makes the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise lowly and extend the service life more than ten years.

4. Advanced sealing system makes the bag sealing process much more solid and pretty.

5. Our thermometric system designed with special slip ring technique, which measure the surface temperature of the packaging material, in order to make sure the artistic of the bag.

6. With no need for the lubricating oil, our high-temperature bearing design(which imported from Japan) helps our customer save huge amount of maintenance expense.our bearing design can extend the service life from regular 1-2 months into 2-3 years.
