Automatic back sealing Powder Packing Machine
The machine is designed and manufactured specially for powdery and super fine powdery products Driven by servomotor, the auger is rotating to fill products; Furthermore, the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer.
1. The length of straight auger inside pipe extends into the bag bottom to avoid raising dust of filler falling. The purpose is to keep sealing margin clear not stained by dropping filler material when sealing process, which can make package airproof. The powders of pepper, chilli, tea and that are very light fillers easily cause dust.
2. For the sealing margin, the tradition sealing margin is interlaced line looks not beautiful, but our sealing margin is only with straight line result from perfectly integrated unique design of material film drawer and heat sealing part.
3. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by touch screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.
4. Photocell fixes bag length by film label block.
5. Buffer design not bursting package bag, this design is for big volume filler and makes buffer efficiency to the force of big volume and heavy powder dropping.
