Product Description

The machine is designed and manufactured specially for powdery and super fine powdery products Driven by servo-motor, the auger is rotating to fill products; Furthermore, the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer. The feeding way for this packing machine is special designed straight auger screw which is made of 304 SS, the straight auger screw will extend to the above the sealing roller to avoid the powder spreading phenomenon to make sure the seal side of the bag neat, gas-tight and beautiful. Also, the machine head for this packing machine is movable, it is easy for you to clean the machine after using it.

Applications:

The machine is suitable for medical, health care and food product and other powdery materials, such as protein powder etc.

Features:

1. The length of straight auger inside pipe extends into the bag bottom to avoid raising dust of filler falling. The purpose is to keep sealing margin clear not stained by dropping filler material when sealing process, which can make package airproof. 

 

2. Fireresistant and pressure proof bearings are installed on terminal sealing rollers inside and consistently maintain machine integrated operation. On market there are some machines are with bearing bush only can be used 2-3 months.

 

3. The unique technology is used on the horizontal and vertical sealing heating system which makes the sealed bags are fantastically smooth, no any wrinkles and looks perfect.

 

4. Traditional cutter is embedded on sealing rollers, the saling and slitting are at same time, blade will be blunt after 3 months. The cutter new design is individual from sealing roller . In our new design that can be used at least to 3 years.

 

5. The motor is servo motor isntead of frequency motor. The internal gear with steel chain system makes the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. This servo motor doesn't need any lubrication oil, running steady and other advantage of this motor is power save. 

 

6. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by touch screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.
