Automatic Tea-bag Packaging Machine

This model is a kind of machine used for packing tea, seeds, medical, health-care and tea industries in granular shaped ingredients. All of these items could be 
packed with both inner and outer envelops, and the inner bag is with thread and tag at the same time. 

Features:
1. All 304 stainless steel cover.Even the exposed screw also adopts the stainless steel material which will be more healthy and meet the GMP standard.

2.   Dustproof bearings (IGUS made in German) against scattering tea powder are installed on terminal sealing rollers and consistently maintain machine integrated operation.



3.  Machine operation is controlled by microcomputer with English button

4.  The feature of the new sealing,hot cutting technology which make the adjustment is more simple and 
convenient.

5.  Advance the machine manipulator put filter bag into tube for termination of outer bag making which is intellectual property rights. This machine manipulator reduces percentage of damage of inner bag.

6.  The internal gear with chain system makes the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extends the service life more than 10 years. 

7. The spring squeeze the air and keep outer flat bag compacted.
