Machine specifications:
1. GMP standard. Stainless steel machine body and stainless steel parts which contacts with the products.
2. For filling powder, we use special leakage proof technology and straight screw auger filling system, straight auger
inside pipe extends and fills powder into bag bottom directly. This assures that there is no any raising powder dust in the
sealing area, assures the bag sealing margin is very clean and airtight. Screw auger also make sure an accurate filling volume. You can adjust the volume on touch screen.
3, The filling system is driven by Panasonic servo motor, servo motor is with accurate angle adjusting and highest precision.
It make sure the powder filling is more stable and accurate. Each auger has one Panasonic servo motor.
4, For the vertical sealing, we abandoned traditional sealing system, now we use side sealing system and unique bag mould
technology. This new sealing and heating structure will add a buffer interval to prolong the sealing time of bags, it assures
the finished bags are airtight, firm and smooth.
5,Unique bag moulding device to produce round corner end/special shaped bags.
1)The bags are with humanized corner design, more safety than ordinary straight corner bags.
2)There are double easy tears in side direction, bags are very easy to tear and open, it's very convenient.
3)The machine use unique sealing and cutting design, tiny the easy tear part to avoid the powder sprinkling
6, The machine main motor is Panasonic servo motor with good features, such as high efficiency, energy-saving, high
starting torque and easy maintenance and easy to operate.
7,Slitting cutter is separated with sealing device, moveable horizontal cutter ensure the cutting more steady.
The machine also add air cooling device to prolong the cooling time for the bags, assure bags end more smooth and clear.
8,When loading the film, the film bracket can automatically move left or right to make film in suitable position to make film
running in right position. On the touch screen, it has" film left" or "film right" function to correct the film position.

Machine delivery time.
Since we need to customized design this machine fully according to your bag sizes and requirements, so, the delivery time is a little longer than usual, the delivery time of this machine is about 20-25working days.
Payment terms
The payment term usually is by T/T, 30% deposit to confirm the order for machine production, 70% balance payment before shipment.

Usually, we will offer one year warranty for the new machine, also with life long maintenance service and technical support. If you have any problem about the machine operation in the future, we will offer timely online technical help. If you require our engineer go to your factory for after-sales, it's also no problem.
Scope of installation and commissioning engineers cost.
If you require our engineer to go to your factory to do the machine installation and commissioning, it's ok
for us. Usually, if our engineer go to your factory, he will complete the machine relevant installation,
commissioning as well as training to you.
