Application:
This machine is suitable for packing different kind granules, like radix isatidis granule, sugar, brown sugar, palnt seeds, coffee, drying agent etc.
Features:
1. For the sealing margin, the tradition sealing margin is interlaced line looks not beautiful, but our sealing margin is only with straight line result from perfectly integrated unique design of material film roller and sealing heater (jaws).
2. Full 304 stainless steel design 100% against rust and reach higher sanitary.
3. Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by touch screen. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.
4. Photocell fixes bag length by film label.
5. Vertical sealing adopt the splint sealing type, each time sealing will stay for a while, prolong the sealing time. This machine can use many different kinds film, such as the Low Temperature OPP film.
6. Zigzag cutter is used on this machine, the bag is easily to open.
