I. Applications:
The model is a kind of new multi-function machine with totally automatic filling for both inner and outer bags at one time. It is suitable for automatically packaging of steeping products, such as medical tea, black tea, etc.
Machine house, hopper, measuring parts and others are 304SS (18/10) stainless steel material against rust.
Fireresistant and pressure proof bearings against scattering tea powder are installed on terminal sealing rollers inside and consistently maintain machine integrated operation. On market there are some machines are with bearing bush only can be used 2-3 months.
Teflon painting on the rollers prevents film sticky.
Our researched thread feeder stably works wouldn't make 2 tag sealed on 1 thread or 1 tag on 2 threads.
Machine operation is controlled by touch screen. All the machine parameters are set through this interface. Bag length can be automatically controlled via a film registration eye. Precise bag length and registered cutting is assured. It is high-performance and steady machine.
Advanced the machine manipulator put filter bag into tube for termination of outer bag making which is intellectual property rights. And we make a protecting trail to give the inner bag right way to envelop to ensure the final bag making.
This machine can keep the tag pattern integrated by photocell positioning the block label.
The internal gear with chain system makes the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extends the service life more than 10 years. Other factories use the rubber belt to connect gears. The use life of rubber belt is only 2 months but our steel chain can be used 3 years.
We use servo motor instead of traditional variable frequency motor, servo motor assures machine running more stable, low noise, no need any lubricating oil, greatly save your maintaining cost and other advantage of this motor is power save.
The short former decrease the distance of inner bag dropping in order to ensure it falling properly. And the silicon bars squeeze the air and keep outer flat bag compacted.
